2010 Ohio Solar Tour Interactive Site Guides & Customized Maps
Green Energy Ohio and the American Solar Energy Society
will host the annual Ohio Solar Tour on
October 2nd and 3rd, 2010
The tour is the largest demonstration of installed renewable energy
technologies and energy efficiency building practices in the U.S.
Last year's tour at 168 Open House sites (including 4 guided tours) in 91 communities
across the state was attended by 5,618 Ohioans - a 30% increase over last year.

Tour Site Candidates
- (1) Learn how to become a site! We are currently looking for homes and businesses that feature renewable energy and energy efficiency to participate in this year's tour. Help us promote green energy to the community by showing off your sustainable facility and demonstrating green technologies. - (2) Sign-up to be on the tour as a site-owner! Click to participate in the tour and tell us about your home, business, park, school, or any site that has a clean energy application. If you have any difficulty submitting the new online application page, please print and complete the FORM, and fax (614-888-9716) or email tour@greenenergyohio.org.
Site owners on last year's tour are being contacted by email about updating their sites to be on the 2010 Ohio Solar Tour.

Take the Tour in October
- The 2010 Ohio Solar Tour Online Guidebook will be available to the public soon. Our Online Guidebook will give you access to descriptions and photos of renewable energy and energy efficiency homes, businesses, institutions and more. You will be able to create your own 'mini-tour' to as many open houses you want across the Buckeye State.
